Why fill an application

If you are selected, you can expect to receive the following services:

1. Promotion of your library on our website.
2. Consultation to set priorities and plan forward.
3. Receive library items such as: books, computers, furniture, and approved wish list supplies.

What not to expect

Even if your library is selected, we reserve the right to not provide services to your library. Being selected constitute no obligation by Above The Seas to deliver any services.

1. We are not here to help you with financial emergencies resulting from poor planning.
2. Our contribution to you is dependent on ressources available and global priorities.
3. We are not taking over the management of your library or any responsibilities away from you.
4. You will not receive cash or direct financial support from us. We only provide you with consultation, needed library items or services.

The first steps to receive supplies

Below are three easy steps for your library to apply and enter the selection process. We will keep you informed regarding the progress of your application.

1. Download the application form.
2. Fill it to the best of your knowledge (does not need to be perfect).
3. Email your completed form to c4.aboveTheSeas@gmail.com.

Important Note

Some information you provide can be made public on our website. If there are items you do not want public, please clearly identify them on the application form.

We do not want exclusivity supporting your library. In fact, we strongly encourage you to obtain support from many other organizations. We can even help you with grant applications.
